With the end of the year upon us, Puma drop the final installment of their ongoing Shadow Society collection, saving the best for last, the GTX States.
Ending on a high note, Puma’s ever so secret release draws to a close, leaving us with the Puma States Gortex (GTX). The Gortex lined shoe adds winterized twist on this iconic model. Featuring a gusseted tongue, gum soles (always love a gum sole!), with the Puma logo on the side panel in Gold for the red model and Silver for the purple. A nice addition is the mono Puma cat logo sitting on the heel. Coming in either Purple or Red suede along with two spare sets of laces.
both available to buy online from Footpatrol
Woke up ths morning to find this in my inbox.. some real nice pieces from Acapulco Gold, from their Fall/Winter 2011 collection.
Simple, but nice..
As fall/winter is now in full swing, Acapulco Gold releases its second delivery of Fall/Winter 2011 product. Highlighted by their OG Baseball Jacket, alongside the Preppy Flannel Button Down, the drop welcomes a variety of other related causal looks. Additional flannels, crews, graphic tees, and other various items accompany the mix, as the entire lineup can be purchased now at the AG online store.
Found these while on my daily browse of the WWW.. some real nice puffer vests (body warmers to us English) in a vairity of colours. Sadly these vests retail at around £700.00!! which is obviously quite ridiculous.. but price aside, they certainly do look nice..
Our advice would be to head down to the local Army & Navy and pickup ine similar for much less!
Still, if your the kind of person who is happy (and fooloish enough) to spend that kind of money on a puffer vest, peep the images, then head over to the official Moncler website
Saw these on Hypebeast earlier today and thought they deserved a re-up on here.. from the 2011 collection from the LA based retailer ‘Hall OF Fame’. Particularly liking the ‘touching spuds’ t-shirt.. It might only be the UK based kids that get that reference though, so apologies!.. but check out the pics and be sure to go check out the Hall of Fame website too. enjoy.
Fresh for autumn/Winter 2011 comes the latest range from independent heavyweights Dephect, and being the lovely people that we are, we thought we’d pick out a nice selection from the range for all you even lovelier people out there to check out.
Not only have Dephect dropped another nice crop of tees, sweats and caps etc, they’ve also got a shiny new website (www.dephect.com), which reflects their status and continued growth within the clothing market in the UK, Europe and around the world.
Here at strictlykings we can’t speak highly enough of the Dephect boys. These guys do things the right way, no bullshit, no over the top hype, just straight up dope styles for like minded people who appreciate the lifestyle and culture that has influenced us all.. the culture that is Hip Hop! .. And they do it all very well
Check out the selection below, the Tentacle design is particularly dope, designed by Austrian writer Nychos. All you graff heads need to check out this guy, if you don’t know?.. now you know!
For more info and for a look at the full range head over to www.dephect.com for all the Autumn/Winter goodness. Peace!
The Stussy ‘Make Beats’ Contest is about the fun of modern music making. Whether you’re a beat-maker, rapper, DJ or listener, this contest combines the creative aspect of making music with the fan’s point of view all tied together with some fresh tees and hats. The contest will be judged by Stussy, Low End Theory and Swedish synthesizer company, Teenage Engineering, who produced a new drum machine/synthesizer called the OP-1. In the music world today, it’s rare for a company to develop a piece of hardware, because most people use their computer to make beats. The OP-1 brings it back to the days of drum machines like the 808, when making beats meant banging them out on a machine. The Make Beats contest starts today and invites the public to upload their own original tracks (made on any machine/computer) via the Stussy ‘Make Beats Drop Box’ on Soundcloud.
Think i might have to dig out a few older beats for the comp.. unless i can get the studio up and running in a fortnight (unlikely).. Peep the associated tees and caps below, a must for any emcee/DJ/Producer combo.
Especially liking the ‘play records’ tee.. unlike many, i still play records!
Just a quick Monday morning post.. been a fan of these shoes for some time and thought it long overdue to feature them on the blog.. Have recently picked up a pair of these for the Strictlykings summer holiday.. in.. Sorrento!.. too much of a coincidence for me, this holiday is clearly destined to be the best ever.. and no doubt i should look the bee’s knees in these lovely shoes.
The ellesse brand is seriously slept on for my money, and its about time it started getting the love it deserves. Starting here, with the lovely Ellesse Sorrento’s. Word on the street is that these shoes will shortly be getting some new colourways and a lovely gum sole (man, i love a gum sole!)
you may have to look pretty hard to find a pair though, so i recomend a hardcore google session. Don’t sleep yo!
